I'd like to contact TPDK about use of his icons in a commercial application. I've tried contacting him through his website but all his listed e-mails bounced. Does anybody know where I can find TPDK?

as Celtera told you, the best way to contact him is through his website.
unfortunatly, as I know "a little bit" TPDK, using his icons in a commercial application will not be really welcome ^^.
Try by asking him dirrectly, but I'll not be surprise of his answer.
